The challenge
Heartfulness holds a large archive of recorded teaching sessions, but almost none of it existed in short-form. A global, largely mobile audience was discovering the community through everything except its actual teaching.
The approach
Rather than commissioning new footage, Novix built a system for mining the existing library—identifying the teaching moments worth isolating and packaging them for a first-time viewer with no context.
The execution
We set a weekly short-form production rhythm sourced entirely from the archive, standardised captions and framing for a global audience, and built a rotation across the community's regional channels.
The outcome
A steady, sourced-from-archive short-form output that let the existing teaching reach a much wider audience without adding a single day of new filming.
Key takeaway
Most education brands do not have a content shortage. They have an unmined archive.
How it ran
Four phases, one operating rhythm.
Phase 01
Index
We catalogued the teaching archive by moment, not by session, to find what was actually worth isolating.
Phase 02
Standardise
A packaging standard made every clip legible to a first-time viewer with zero context.
Phase 03
Produce
A weekly repurposing line turned the index into a dependable short-form output.
Phase 04
Distribute
Clips rotated across regional channels on a shared calendar.
